What would you be and are you good at it?
Im not just an excellent builder, I am capable of operating plugins through the host and in-game. I know how to use most essential and necessary plugins like essentials and world quard. But I can do way more. The max rank i would be able to do is either Admin or Co-Owner( If comfortable with the owner ). Contact me for any more information. I do not have skype, their is absolutely no need for me to have it because I can type fast and take orders the first time. Also i do not talk that much, a personal thing.

At first i hired him as a moderator, but after about a month I made him co owner. He shown me trust. During that month, Many people have offered him to work on other servers yet he only stayed on my server he was really trust worthy so I made him a admin and he started taking a lot in his own hands. We had devs but when we had a problem he was one of the first ones to find out how to fix it and after that he became co owner and started to show loyalty. If your thinking about taking him in, your thinking right!

Ryan was hired for his basic-moderate plugin experience as an Admin to help start up the server. I did trust him and he did well. He also helped the builders build up the server. I did fire most of my staff becaus i wanted to go more solo in running the server, but i do not regret hireing him, even if it was for a short period of time.
